01
Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between the user and the operator of LuxureVerse regarding access to the website, Android application, catalogue, accounts and related services. By registering, affirmatively accepting and using an account, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access to public pages alone does not constitute the purchase of a Premium subscription.
02
Service Operator
LuxureVerse is an independent digital publishing label operated from Colombia. The natural person responsible for the project and contractual operator of the service is Carlos Jiménez Duarte, domiciled at Carrera 45 # 15 Sur-38, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, telephone (+57) 333 225 6078.
03
Adults-Only Service
LuxureVerse contains explicit sexual descriptions and is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By accessing or registering, the user confirms that they are at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these Terms and may lawfully access adult erotic literature in their jurisdiction.
- Do not use another person’s identity or a false date of birth to evade the age restriction.
- Do not provide access to a minor or leave an authenticated account available to one.
- LuxureVerse may request reasonable age confirmation or suspend an account when there are grounds to believe the requirement has been evaded.
04
Nature of the Service
LuxureVerse provides access to an editorial catalogue of erotic fiction and personal reading tools. Features may include Premium collections, profiles, a personal library, progress, favorites, bookmarks, private notes, reading history, preferences, newsletters and support.
The catalogue may grow, be reorganised, corrected or change availability. A subscription grants access for the contracted period; it does not transfer ownership of the works or guarantee that every title will remain indefinitely.
05
Registration and Account Security
The user must provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of credentials and 2FA codes. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, assigned or used to provide access to third parties.
The user should report unauthorised access and use the available controls to close one, other or all sessions. LuxureVerse may require email verification and reasonable identity checks for sensitive requests.
06
Limited Licence of Use
LuxureVerse grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the service and read available works during the authorised period.
- Do not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell or make the works available to third parties.
- Do not systematically extract content, scrape the catalogue or build unauthorised datasets.
- Do not remove copyright notices, bypass access controls or reverse engineer protected components.
- Do not use the service or works to train systems or generate derivative commercial products without written permission.
07
Intellectual Property
The texts, collections, editorial structure, LuxureVerse name, logos, visual design, software and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Tatiana Evans is the author identity under which the relevant literary body of work is organised and presented.
No account, subscription, download or bookmark transfers intellectual-property rights. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
08
Private Notes and Reading Data
Users may create bookmarks and private notes associated with paragraphs and stories. These functions are personal account tools, not public posts or social-network content.
Users remain responsible for what they write. Private fields must not be used to store illegal content, malicious code, third-party credentials or information that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights.
09
Prohibited Conduct
- Accessing or attempting to access another person’s account or private information.
- Sharing credentials or circumventing Premium restrictions, age controls or technical protections.
- Interfering with security, availability, APIs, servers or databases.
- Automated extraction, excessive requests or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
- Using the service for fraud, harassment, threats, illegal activity or infringement.
- Redistributing explicit content to minors or where prohibited by law.
- Impersonating LuxureVerse, its operator, author identities or support personnel.
11
Membership Billed Through Patreon
Premium membership is currently a single monthly tier, billed and processed entirely by Patreon, Inc. through the LuxureVerse creator page on patreon.com, as a recurring pledge charged once per month. There is no three-month or other multi-month plan. LuxureVerse does not set up its own checkout, does not collect card details and does not receive, transmit or store payment-card data on its servers; Patreon collects payment details directly, displays the exact current price before a pledge is confirmed, and is itself bound by its own Terms of Use and Purchase Policy.
Premium access on LuxureVerse activates only after the user also signs in with “Login with Patreon”, letting LuxureVerse read the user’s patron status for the LuxureVerse campaign. Membership status is then kept in sync automatically through Patreon webhook notifications, or manually when the user refreshes their status in the account.
12
Cancellation, Refunds and Reversals
Because membership is a recurring Patreon pledge, it is cancelled directly on Patreon, in the user’s Patreon account settings — LuxureVerse cannot cancel a pledge on the user’s behalf. Cancelling a Patreon pledge and closing a LuxureVerse account are separate actions; doing one does not automatically do the other.
Refund requests are handled under the Membership and Refund Policy: Patreon’s refund process governs each charge, and LuxureVerse will support a legitimate refund request with Patreon in good faith. An approved refund, reversal or chargeback may revoke Premium access. Cancellation or revocation does not by itself delete the account or its retained reading data.
13
Availability and Service Changes
LuxureVerse may perform maintenance, correct errors, update security, remove material for editorial or legal reasons and temporarily suspend features. Continuous operation across every device or territory is not guaranteed.
LuxureVerse maintains reasonable backup and recovery measures, but no technology infrastructure can guarantee absolute availability or prevent every loss of information. Material interruptions affecting a paid service will be evaluated under the contract, cause, duration and applicable consumer law.
14
Literary Nature of the Content
The stories are works of fiction for adult entertainment. Characters participating in explicit sexual scenes are presented as adults. Narrative events and opinions are not instructions or medical, psychological, legal, sexual or relationship advice.
A fantasy appearing in a work does not mean LuxureVerse promotes its real-world enactment. Real-life conduct must always respect law, consent, capacity, safety and personal boundaries.
15
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and according to availability. LuxureVerse does not guarantee that every work will satisfy subjective taste, that a random recommendation will suit everyone or that the service will be free from all interruptions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LuxureVerse is not liable for indirect loss resulting from use contrary to these Terms, user-attributable credential loss, device incompatibility, external providers or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
16
Privacy, Cookies and Communications
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary session and security technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. LuxureVerse currently uses neither Google Analytics nor behavioural advertising.
Transactional and security messages form part of the service. The newsletter is optional and may be cancelled without losing account access.
17
Suspension, Closure and Deletion
LuxureVerse may suspend or restrict an account for material breach, fraud, access by minors, security risk, confirmed non-payment, abusive chargeback, intellectual-property infringement or legal requirement. Where reasonable, the reason will be communicated and support contact allowed.
Users may close their account through Settings. The current process begins a 30-day recovery period, revokes sessions and schedules permanent deletion if the account is not restored. Records may remain where required by law, accounting obligations or a pending dispute.
Closing your LuxureVerse account deletes your LuxureVerse profile and reading data, and disconnects your account from Patreon — it does not touch, suspend or delete your Patreon account itself. Your Patreon account, its profile and any pledges to other creators remain entirely under your control on patreon.com; LuxureVerse never has permission to access, modify or delete it.
18
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed in principle by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before starting a dispute, users may contact support to seek a direct, good-faith resolution.
Unresolved disputes may be presented to competent courts or authorities. This choice of law and forum does not remove mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user’s country that cannot contractually be excluded.
19
Changes to these Terms
LuxureVerse may update these Terms for legal, technical, editorial or commercial developments. Material changes affecting accounts or subscriptions will be communicated through reasonable means before taking effect where required by law.
No amendment authorises retroactive charges or removes acquired rights. Express renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary.
